Notes:
Nice morning session. A little bummed out that I wasn't able to get a 215lbs shoulder press, really thought I was closer to 225lbs. Ah well, just means that I will train harder with slightly increased weights on some lifts.
Airdyne went really well for me, but new workout buddy Sean didn't fare so well. I joked with him that he should just go throw up and be done with it, and he said 'that might be a reality'. Poor kid.
Afternoon session was even worse, but that's okay. I can live with it (although I'm sure my workout partners can't!)
Time for a four day break!
