Notes:
Morning work was excellent. Had to drop weight because I was moving too slow and these are supposed to be sprints. Also, pulling the sled on the damned rubber mats is a horrifying experience. I felt like someone was actively trying to pull the rope out of my hands with every pull.

Sean #2 joined us today and looked like a holy mess. Poor fella forgot to mention he was just coming back from a week off of being sick. I encouraged him to speak up next time so we can scale appropriately.

Fun afternoon session. Managed to do two movements I haven't done in about two years.
