Notes:
I figured after three-days of high intensity cardio that I would tone down the conditioning for today by doing a walk. The 10!2 work was really fun. Normally I attack opposing muscle groups within the sets, but today I decided to smash the same muscle group up. I certainly feel the fatigue in my upper body, but nothing that can't be recovered from by Tuesday.
