Notes:
Good way to start the morning. Looking forward to a nice back session in the afternoon. I'm thinking T-bar row until everyone breaks.

Well, when we got there the T-Row machine was taken, so we tried our hand (back, really) at split handle row. That was fun. I had never tried that mechanism before and had always written it off as a 'meathead' device. Turns out, its actually quite good.
