Fun day. Finally hit a 300lbs backsquat on my banded speed work. Did some 'math' and turns out that 300lbs is roughly 60% of 500lbs. So, I'm right where i should be. I'm not entirely sure what my low bar backsquat is in the 10x2 EMOM format, but if its anything like the high bar, I should be good to go.
The SkiErg was a new experience. I thought I would ratchet up the intensity just a little bit to see what it was like. Turns out its hard, but not as awful as I had been lead to believe.
