Notes:
Morning went really well. Did half of my bench sets at 80% and did all of my DU's UB in our little skill metcon. I probably could have done more rounds if I would have sped up the bear crawls. Eh, we'll retest one of these days.
Shoulders are toast. The behind the neck work was killer. Good press day. Felt really strong on the bench press. Looking forward to getting up in the 275lbs neighborhood next time. Onwards and upwards.
