Notes:
Good sled work. Sean took me to the woodshed on the UB rounds. He got 3 whereas I only got 1. You could make the argument that I was using more weight, however, I'm much bigger than him.
Auxiliary work went really well. Looking for a light day tomorrow and some rest on Monday.
