Notes:
Lesson learned. Behind the neck press is much, much harder than it looks. I chose a wide grip and rested the bar all the way down on my traps with each rep. Made it FAR more difficult than only bringing the bar down to the bottom of the ear.
Press medley was a good time. Nice variation from the normal 'do this and rest' single set work we've done in the past. Sean had a hard time with the handstand hold so we moved it to a ME for him.
Afternoon session was a nice under tension session. Sometimes its nice to slow down a little bit and stretch the muscles as far as you can. Really feeling today in the backs of my shoulders and pectorals.
