Pause Squats + Sled Drags

Morning
A.) 10x 3 part pause squats - :3 bottom/:3 parrallel/:3 quarter
B.) 6x 30ft Between the legs sled drags

Results
A.) 225/245/245/245/245/-/-/-/-/-
B.) 180lbs

Notes:
Well, today got me. I can't remember what we did for the third component of this workout, but I was so run out of gas and feeling light headed that I killed the squats halfway through.

Sled drags were fun, but I was really done afterwards.
