B.) 3x60ft backward sled drag - superset w/10 straight legged log deadlifts
C.) 3x10 Back extensions - superset w/10 GHD parallel situps

Results
A.) 315-8/315-8/315-8
B.) 135lbs/75lbs
C.) 60lbs/UB

Notes:
Short session. My legs were shot and squatting sucked.
