Notes:
Starting to really fall in love with olympic weightlifting. Makes me feel strong and that I can grip anything, which I really dig. I told Sean this morning I would feel like the session would be a success if I managed 250lbs, which I crushed.
Looking forward to getting more explosive and not shying away from weightlifting.
