Chest Bodybuilding + Middle Distance Running Intervals

Morning
A.) 3x10 Seated cable cross
B.) 4x 20 DU's AFAP (heavy rope) - 200m run rest 3min.

Results
A.) UB/UB/8-2
B.) UB 1:07/1:04/1:03/1:09

Notes:
Well, I didn't feel like doing much else, so I figured running sounded good. Did I ever give off the impression that I actually LIKED running? Yeah, I didn't think so.

Anyway, I digress. I would like to shore up my physique a little bit and every little bit helps. I'm not a big fan of slow going cardio, so middle distance running at 70% sounded about right...and because I can 'just' run, I put in some heavy rope DU's to get my heart rate up before I actually 'ran' (fat guy chasing an ice cream truck is more like it).
