Notes:
Oh man. The morning session toasted me really good, but the afternoon was the nail in the coffin. My shoulders and chest have taken a total assault from today's workout. Also, supersetting normal shoulder press and behind the neck shoulder press is a very, very, very difficult proposition.
Make sure to write that last part down.
