Notes:
Nice little strength session ending with a couplet. I was a little faster on the Airdyne than Sean was, so I was able to get more KB distance. Simple workouts are the best.

Nice session full of auxiliary work in the afternoon. Decided to push the rep scheme a little bit during th rows. Been a long time since we've gone about twelve reps and I felt like the cable row was the ideal place to test the higher rep range.

Everything else was fun, fun, fun.
