Hack Squat and Hanging Leg Raises

Afternoon
A.) 2x20 Hack squat
B.) 8x10 Hanging leg raise

Results
A.) 135lbs
B.) 45lbs

Notes:
Nothing to report other than this was deceiving. Mike and I were both complaining about how much our abs and legs hurt after this workout.
