Notes:
Kept this simple. Needed to work on my upper back and we just got a perfect pull up bar for the apartment, so I put it to good use.
The lowest rep number I accomplished was towards the end with a three sets of four. Throughout most of the workout I was sticking to six to eight reps. Nice to work on something so simple for a day. Did the first fifty with an overhand grip and the second set of fifty with a hammer curl grip.
