Notes:
Morning was good and simple This session marks the first day of our new explosive training regiment. We'll be focusing on olympic lifting and much more jumping. Looking forward to it.

Afternoon session went well. Managed to do all of the cable row UB but I was hurting on the last set. Almost didn't finish. Good stuff, been moving well all day and my back hasn't been much of an issue.
