Notes:
Fun session today. Decided to do an upper body cable blitz just for kicks. Surprisingly, the hardest part of this session was finishing the third set of cable curls. Just goes to show how quick the bicep can burn out when its properly isolated.

Swimming went REALLY well. I was having issues in the past getting in under :19 seconds and today I must have channeled my inner torpedo, because getting to :16 wasn't all that hard.
