Notes:
Simple day today. Managed to get enough to eat and felt a little better as the day went on. Might be time to go up in weight on the split squats, they were still hard but getting easier.
Lunch was 'ow'. Never done this kind of TuT work. Rally good, muscles feel absolutely blasted. Looking forward to doing this again.
