Behind The Neck Shoulder Press + Dips and Banded Shoulder Press

Morning
A.) 3x8 BTN Shoulder press
B.) 100 dips - alternate sets w/chain
C.) 3x10 DB fly
D.) 3xME Banded shoulder press

Results
A.) 135/135/135
B.) 8 sets w/25lbs chain
C.) 20lbs
D.) 15-15/15-15/15-15

Notes:
This was one of the harder pressing days I can remember. Behind the neck press is one of the harder exercises that I've done in recent years. Hit up the dips hard and spiced it up by alternating sets with a chain. Treated these more like a super set by doing as many chain dips as possible, shedding the weight, then continuing without the chain for as many as I could.

Banded shoulder press is a new one. I recently bought a set of Woody Bands from Diablo Fitness Engineering and the experimentation with them in this session was encouraging. The instability and tension offered by the band was intense to say the least.
