Notes:
Ow. Both Adam and Ash were at the gym today to watch me do these unbelievably stupid one legged squats. But really, I'm just saying that. The fact that they are hard just means that I need to do more of them. They don't hurt my back like a two-legged squat, so I'm not complaining...too much.
The deficit deadlift work and Conan squats were great auxiliary work. I'm really happy with the total amount of leg work that I managed in this session. Also, bonus points for being able to do a three separate strict GHR's today.
