Bench Press + Dips and DB Shoulder Press

Morning
A.) 3x1min bench press
B.) 3x10 Dips - superset w/behind the neck banded triceps extension
C.) 3x10 DB Shoulder press - superset w/banded shoulder fly

Results
A.) 42/38/34 @ 155
B.) UB/UB/UB
C.) UB @ 55lbs

Notes:
This was a stinger. The bench press work killed me in the last two sets, but I did manage to hit at least 20 reps on each of the first efforts of each set. Which, honestly, surprised me a little bit. Felt pretty strong even after the dips and extension superset. Surprisingly, the DB shoulder press was super tough. Especially after the banded shoulder flies.
