Bulgarian Split Squat + Romanian Deadlift and Weighted Vest Walk

Notes:
My first workout after canceling my Diablo CrossFit membership. Fitting, I suppose, that it was a traditional bodybuilding workout for legs designed by 'The Rock' Dwayne Johnson.

A day later and my legs are a little sore. I feel like it would have been FAR worse if I had a real squat rack at my disposal. Patience, I suppose.
