Easy day today. Didn't want to push it too hard since I'll be traveling a little later this evening. Back felt super crunchy today, didn't like that at all.
Did Mike's 30min pump workout for lunch today. Was thinking of giving him the reins for a day anyway, might as well have been today. Good work today. Feel like this method is very similar to what I do on Sundays.
