Notes:
Tried to mimic a park workout this afternoon. Had a really good time, and honestly, probably had one of the best workouts I've had in months. Instead of worrying about weights or percentages, I only concerned myself with work and how tired my muscles felt. Mission accomplished.

Sorry for the delay in posting workouts, however, my wife and I just had a baby this past Saturday and I was put on mandatory house rest for a few days.
