Notes:
This morning was a mixed bag. The power cleans were pretty good, but when they got heavy my feet started to go wide. The bodybuilding work was done, not a big deal. Conditioning was fun, Sean beat me by :03. he attributed the win to my coming off the rower faster on round three when in actuality I came off 50m early because I did my math wrong. All DU's were UB.
Afternoon session was all supplemental work. Had a good time even though no one went to the gym with me today.
