B.) 3x15 Stiff legged deadlift
B.) 3x20 Weighted squat jumps
C.) 3x10 BB Good mornings

Results
A.) 54lbs (front rack)
B.) 1.5pd KB + 44lbs chain
C.) UB 20lbs weighted vest + 44lbs chain
D.) UB 115lbs

Notes:
Worked out in Adam Lorimer's garage today with the Saturday Meathead crew and I loved it.

Adam has a great setup with tons of strongman implements and weights. Obviously, I took advantage of as much as I could. News is another member of the crew is going to start a garage gym and I'm looking forward to mooching weights and equipment off of him as well.
