Notes:
This session was a bit shorter than normal since I was beat. The 'thumbs-in' dips refers to the tip of my thumb pointing towards my hip instead of away from my hip. Kind've like the position it would be in if you were riding a bike. Wore the weighted vest the entire session to add in some cardio. Good stuff.
