B.) 3x15 DB Deficit stiff legged deadlift
C.) 3x15 Cable single-leg hamstring curl
D.) 3x20 Sissy squats
E.) 3x15 Weighted ab wheel

Results
A.) 120lbs (2x50lbs DB + 20lbs weighted vest)
B.) 100lbs + 20lbs weighted vest
C.) UB @ 12
D.) UB (20lbs weighted vest)
E.) UB/10-5/12-3

Notes:
Gah. This hurt. My butt cheeks are killing me a day later but the real killer was holding those damned dumbbells. Abs hurt, legs hurt, shoulders (surprisingly) hurt.
