Dumbbell Clean and Press + Shoulder Auxiliary and Shoulder Burnout

Morning
A.) 3x12 DB Strict hang clean and press
B.) 3x15 Seated DB read shoulder fly - superset w/20 DB shoulder shrugs
C.) 3x12 Single arm banded shoulder raise - superset w/single arm DB hammer shoulder raise

Results
A.) 7-5/8-4/8-4 @ 50lbs
B.) 10lbs/50lbs
C.) 8-4/8-4/8-4 - 10lbs @ 1212

Notes:
Well, I'm a bit toasted from yesterday and really had an issue deciding if I was going to get into the gym today. I figured, 'hey, what the hell, its only an hour.'

So, I decided to do a movement I saw in a recent T-Nation article: the DB curl and press. I didn't think this would be that big of an issue but, coupled with the simultaneous shoulder annihilation I suffered yesterday during the Death March, I was in prime condition to get my butt kicked.

Mission accomplished.
