Notes:
Wanted to get more volume in but had some maintenance issues with the bathroom, so i took off from the park early. By the time I got home it was time to start lunch and get suited up for work.
Also, tried to get in some pushups later in the day, but meetings and co-worker interactions killed my ability to do so.
