Hack Squat + Single leg Press and Hamstring Supersets

Morning
A.) 4x15 Single leg press
B.) 4x15 Hack squat to 60%
C.) 3x15 DB stiff legged deadlift - superset w/15 hamstring curls
D.) 20/16/14/10/6 - sissy squat/bridge/situps

Results
A.) 155lbs/155lbs/185lbs/185lbs
B.) 225lbs
C.) 50lbs/60lbs
D.) Comp

Notes:
Nice day for some hypertrophy work. The single leg press was much easier than the previous attempt. Also, hack squats are going way better now that I've changed my stance to be wider. This wasn't an attempt at variation, but an attempt at comfort.

Since I started squatting with narrow feet I've had a lot of trouble with my QL and Sacrum in my lower back. The wider stance feels far better than narrow.
