Notes:
Solid work this morning. Pull ups were very hard with a vest on, looking to do more of those in the future to focus on lat/upper back growth.
Had some energy this morning so I did some cardio. Honestly the 'sprints' were more like a 'why the F am I doing this at 5:30am?' runs. Then again, I did wear my weighted vest the whole time today, probably a good reason to be tired.
