Notes:
Great session. Another day where I feel like the body part that I have focused on is growing. I know the pull down work looks a little funny since I don't actually have access to a cable machine in the morning, but I've been visualizing/focusing on my upper back during the reps and it makes a HUGE difference. Arnie was right, visualizing your muscles growing is just as important as your rep schemes.
