Dumbbell Bench Press + Chest and Triceps Supersets

Morning

Warm up
A.) 3x25 Seated cable cross

Work
A.) 7's DB bench press
B.) 3x10 bent arm DB flys - superset w/DB pull over
C.) 3x10 Standing stiff armed DB fly - superset w/10 diamond pushups AFAP

Results
A.) 50lbs
B.) 20lbs/50lbs
C.) 10lbs/UB

Notes:
This was a quick session since I used part of it to run to the store and get Quest bars. I'm really liking the 7's training method. Gets my heart rate up and pushes me close to failure each time I do it. Also, perfect for short time frames like this session (about 30min total with very little rest)
