D.) 4x7 Croc row
E.) 3x10 DB curl - superset w/10 bat angels
F.) 3x15 Seated DB high pull

Results
A.) 120lbs
B.) 110lbs
C.) 145lbs
D.) 50lbs
E.) 50lbs/10lbs
F.) 20lbs

Notes:
I thought about doing pull ups today, and then I decided I would do nothing but cables, rows, and dumbbell work today. Mission accomplished.
