A.) 2 hr hike - moderate difficulty w/35lbs pack

Results
A.) 3.4 Miles

Notes:
Good cardio and incline work today. Needed to get outside of the gym and actually apply some fitness to the real world. If this is any indication, then I'm certainly on the right track.

We didn't stop the entire time and I felt like I could have walked all day right up until the last 400m. Why up to the last quarter you ask? Well, it was all up hill. Oh, that doesn't sound so bad. You're right, it wouldn't have been if it was any less than a 10% grade. Hips started to burn at the end and my daughter started to pull on my eyes and ears.
