Notes:
This was an excellent leg session. I focused on my squat form with the bag and it worked like a charm. I've been having a tough time with my sacrum lately and I believe I've found the answer. Thanks to Elliot Hulse and his insight on tight QL's. I've been stretching regularly and have been seeing some improvement.
I really do think my best days of lifting heavy are behind me, however, that doesn't mean that I can't continue my development with medium to light weight with TONS of volume.
