Shoulder Press + Shoulder Hypertrophy and Single Arm Dumbbell Press

B.) 3x10 Behind the neck shoulder press @ 45lbs

Work
A.) 7's Behind the neck shoulder press
B.) 3x15 Barbell front raise
C.) 3x20 Barbell ab bend
C.) 3rnds - 15 DB shoulder raise/8 DB Single arm press per arm
D.) 3x20 Seated DB read shoulder raise

Results
A.) 3x90lbs/2x65lbs/2x55lbs
B.) 45lbs
C.) 60lbs
D.) 22.5lbs/45lbs
E.) 10lbs

Notes:
Today had to get done in a hurry. I decided to hit power cleans since I hadn't done those in about, oh I don't know, forever. Most of the reps were pretty solid but there were some suspect ones in there from time to time. Noticed I had trouble with tight hips throughout, need to address that later.

The rows and good mornings were really great. I could feel my sacrum stretch with each good morning, that's something I haven't felt since my back injury. Anyway, progress.
