C.) 3x8 DB Floor press - superset w/5 Incline plyo pushups
Results
A.) 55lbs
B.) 25lbs/50lbs
C.) 50lbs/+2" & +8"
Notes:
Nice little day. Focused on chest hypertrophy and some dumbbell press. I think I might need to start going up in weight on the flat bench 7's. I didn't get nearly as tired doing them as I thought I would. granted, I did have a hard time up to the last set, but didn't experience a near failure until the last rep of the last set.
Everything else was fine.
