Biceps + Triceps Blowout

A.) 3x10 DB curl - superset w/15 rope triceps extensions
B.) 3x10 Chin ups - superset w/10 diamond pushups AFAP
C.) 2xFatality sets cable curl - superset w/20 behind the neck DB triceps extension

Results
A.) 50lbs/60lbs
B.) Comp
C.) 55/45/35 - 50lbs

Notes:
Fun day at club sport. I really like this blowout bodybuilding style of workout, although, I would be interested to do a long session (probably 2 hours or so) focusing on one body part.
