Notes:
Day number one working out with one of my younger brother in laws. Nice kid, but lacks gainz. So, we endeavored to correct that.
Fun session of bi's and tri's. I don't know why but I always like these sessions. I feel like I get the nastiest pump out of anything that I do working these opposing muscle groups.
