Notes:
Yet another fantastic leg day in the books. This was brother in law work out day two. Honestly, I thought the kid was going to lose his lunch during this session, but he proved me wrong. He may not have the body of a lifter (yet), but he certainly has the grit to be one.
Not to sore on day two. Looking forward to shoulders today.
