Notes:
Nice day combining some functional/strongman movements and a lot of hypertrophy work for the back muscles. I don't really feel very sore at the moment but I suspect that's probably going to change in the near future.
Also, I learned today that I need to start eating more. Still. Uuuuuuuuuugh.
