Bradford Press + Burpees and Arnold Press

A.) 2x10 Single Arm press @ 35lbs

Work
A.) 4x6 Bradford press
B.) AMRAP 1 - burpees
C.) 3x10 Arnold Press
D.) 3xME Shoulder fly - superset w/ME DB rear delt fly

Results
A.) 135lbs
B.) 26
C.) 50lbs
C.) 25lbs/10lbs

Notes:
My shoulders are blasted. The Bradford press has easily been the best shoulder workout I have had to date.

The highlight of the session was doing burpees again. I haven't done a burpee in about a year and it went really, really well.
