Bulgarian Split Squats + Deficit Sumo Deadlift and Leg Burnout

A.) Squat stretches
B.) 3x10 Air squats w/20lbs weighted vest

Work
A.) 1x10!1DB Bulgarian split squat fatality set/leg
B.) 3x15 Deficit sandbag sumo deadlift
C.) 3x15 Cable hamstring curl
D.) 3x15 Sissy squats

Results
A.) 50/45/40/35/30/25/20/BW (all with vest)
B.) 165lbs (-12")
C.) 14
D.) Comp (no vest)

Notes:
Decent leg day. First time in a long time that my legs quivered after the sets, but those fatality sets, goodness. So, After I fried my quads I tried doing some heavier deadlifts. Mind you, I haven't done heavier deadlifts in a good long time because of my back. Not deadlifting like a douche was fine.
