Dumbbell Incline Bench + Ply Pushups and Cable Cross Burnout

Afternoon

Warm up
A.) 2x10 DB Incline bench 65lbs/50lbs

Work
A.) 7's DB Incline bench
B.) 3x5 Plyo pushups - superset w/10 behind the neck DB triceps extensions
C.) 3x25 Cable cross

Results
A.) 4x50lbs/1x45lbs/2x40lbs
B.) +2"/50lbs
C.) 20lbs

Notes:
Figured my chest needed extra work today so I hit it up with some reps. The 7's on the incline bench are horrible. Super horrible. If I would have kept going with the 50's I would have burned out in the worst way. Used my :15 rest to drop weights and get right back to it.

Figured adding some plyo pushups with superset work wouldn't be the worst idea in the world after reading that recent Juggernaut article about improved explosiveness.

Lastly, I went to town on the cable cross and I'm still feeling it. Perfect.
