Parking Lot Lunge + Deficit Deadlifts and Quad/Hamstring Hypertrophy

Afternoon

Warm up
A.) Stretching/hip warm up
B.) Practice lunges
C.) Relocating 50lbs DB's from fitness center to parking lot (~200ft farmer carry)

Work
A.) FT: 120m Weighted lunge
B.) 3x15 Deficit DB deadlifts
C.) 15/10/5 Strict hamstring cable curl
D.) 3x20 Sissy squats

Results
A.) 9:46 @ 120lbs
B.) UB @ 120lbs
C.) 11 (cable)
D.) UB

Notes:
I was really hesitant about if I was even going to do this workout today but I'm glad I did. Felt spacey and blaaaaaah for most of the session, but the blessing was that blaaaaaaah never actually turned into 'f this', so I was able to focus and pound through the lunges.
