Notes:
Was a little battered from the leg workout, so I decided not to push my CNS as far as I usually do on shoulder day. Still, very good workout.
The DB muscle clean is seriously an un-fun move when you get into the high/medium weight range and high/medium rep range. My shoulders, especially the rear deltoid, were beat afterwards.
