Notes:
Good session today. For some reason I really wanted to do some kind of shoulder based, overhead press metcon. Since I don't have access to bumper plates and a barbell, I thought using dumbbells would be kind of fun. I didn't run out of gas at all on Grace, but my shoulder simply stopped working. Not surprising since they are a small muscle group and the muscle clean and press is murder under normal circumstances.
